In your letter, you described the prize giving ceremony of your school and you wanted to know about the prize giving ceremony of my school. Now I am writing about it. The prize giving ceremony of our school was held last week. The day was very nice. The day started with our national song at 10 am. We decorated our school auditorium nicely. The U.N.O was the chief guest. I got two prizes. One was for regular attendance and the other was for my annual exam result. The prize giving ceremony ended at 4 pm. We enjoyed the day very much.

Today I am going to tell you about the importance of learning English. English is an international language. It is one of the easiest ways to communicate with the world's people. It is very helpful for higher education and getting a good job. About 350 million people all over the world speak English as a first language and another 300 million people use it as a second language. It is the official or semi-official language in more than 60 countries. Today, more than 80% of all the information in the world's computers is in English. Furthermore, job advertisements nowadays often ask for a good knowledge of English. So we should learn English.
